Neural glimpses

2021

A series exploring the visual outputs and interpretations of neural networks, creating glimpses into how machine learning systems perceive and reconstruct the world. As Deleuze and Guattari proposed, the rhizome connects any point to any other point — here, neural networks become the rhizomatic structure through which images are perpetually remade, never arriving at a fixed representation but always in a state of becoming.
